If your acrylic goodies arrive and seem to be a bit lackluster - it's probably still rocking a protective film! The film is meant to shield the item from the lasers during production and from getting scratched up during transit.
I typically kickstart the peel for you (usually in a corner). Simply peel back and enjoy!
If I forgot to start the peel for you - no worries! Use your fingernail or the tip of a sharp object (like a sewing pin) and give the film a gentle scratch along the edge - and voila!
